Collpse and Coma is the last stage of life. Before death these situation arises. The viatlity and energy level required to remain alive goes down to such a level from where it is very difficult to regain the required energy and vital force.In the coma and collapse pulseation continue but the patient become unconcious and very few survive of this conditions. In Homoeopathy there are some Medicines which are used in this situation and those are mentionjed below.
Carbo Veg,30,200,1M: Patient desires for blow of Cold air, very weak like a dead body, head warm, hot sweating aon the head,coldness of the rest part of the body except head, feeble pulse, pulsation very weak, Difficult breathing, patient desire that all windows and door to be kept opened,senselessness.In this situation after every 30 minutes Cabo Veg, 30 is to be used.
Veratrum Alb,30: Cold sweating on the head, bluishness of body, Cold body, Diarrhoea and vomiting. Useful in the cases of Cholera.
After Operation if the face turns yellowish, pulsation is very weak but fast, cold swaeting on head. In these symptoms this medicine is used.
Camphor,Q: Patient can not tolerate clothinfg ,Surface Temerature of the body is very low but patient feels hot from inside, vital force is very low,it appears that death is very immenent.Useful in case of Cholera when these symptoms appears.
Comma is the last stage of life and doctor presence is essentially requireda at this stage to take care and handle such situation,merely these medicines are not sufficient for such criticial condition.
